Return Policy

We
accept returns on Elizabethan Classics faucets and plumbing parts without any restocking fee.
All
Sunrise Specialty Products items and Elizabethan Classics
bathtubs require a 25% restocking fee plus the freight and crate fees.

On bathtubs, please be certain that you have chosen what you want
because-
·
Tubs are big heavy things that are shipped factory direct
and returning is no small chore. When a tub is received, it must be
inspected for damage before signing. If it is damaged, please refuse immediately
and do not accept it. Please leave it on the truck. You will be shipped another
tub within 24 hours. If you do accept the tub without noting damage it will be a
bit more difficult to process but we will work with you in resolving the problem.

If it is not damaged and you desire to return it without accepting
another, you will be charged for the freight inbound and outbound. The factory
charges a 25% restocking fee which will be assessed to our company and in turn
be charged to the customer.

and strive to work fairly with all of customers.
We are on your side and will “go to bat” for you in all cases of warranty and freight damage.
