are our warranties, text taken directly from our manufacturers. We strive to
sell only the best products, reflected by our motto "We will not
sell anything that will haunt us later!".
Each of our faucets is solid brass, skillfully manufactured
and 100% tested before it leaves our factory.
Warranty
All items are warranted to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a
period of 5 years from date of purchase, when properly installed by a qualified,
licensed plumber. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, not of
complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative.
The warranty does not extend to labor charges when repair or replacement of the
item is needed.
Solid Brass
All of our faucets are solid brass. Unless ordered with Supercoat or Chrome
finish, all of our faucets are shipped as solid, unprotected brass that will
tarnish in time.
Supercoat Finish
For the many customers that desire a finish that is virtually care-free and want
to avoid the necessity of polishing, we have developed our Supercoat protective
finish. Our Supercoating is a 2 part Acrylic , applied electrostatically, and baked
on to insure a lasting shine. It is absolutely guaranteed for 5 years from date
of purchase.
Care of Supercoat
Supercoated items should be wiped gently with a soft cloth after each use.
Plumber's putty should not be used for installation. Use of plumber's putty,
detergents or abrasive cleansers will void the warranty of the finish as they
may cause deterioration of the coating.
1-LIMITED
WARRANTY: All Sunrise products are warranted to be free of defects in materials
and
workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase from Sunrise. In
addition, all Sunrise faucets and
shower fittings are warranted against leaking for the life of the product. Items
submitted for warranty claims will
be repaired or replaced at the option of Sunrise, but no claims for labor,
shipping or consequential damages
will be accepted. All ultra brass faucets carry a lifetime warranty against
defects for the life of the faucet,
including the finish.
2-CERAMIC HANDLE WARRANTY: All Sunrise ceramic faucet
handles are warranted for the life of
the faucet. Any handles developing cracks or chips should be promptly returned
to Sunrise for replacement,
as a cracked or broken handle may result in personal injury.
